Terms of Service

Effective Date: September 20, 2026

Welcome to our application ("the Service"). By accessing or using our zero-configuration edge tracking and routing platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Description of Service

The Service provides edge-based network tracking infrastructure utilizing Cloudflare Workers and Supabase data layers. It routes authorized web events back to designated advertising Conversions APIs (such as Meta and Google Data Manager API) and CRM environments (such as HubSpot and Salesforce).

2. Account Registration and Access

To use the Service, you must provide valid credentials and authorize connections to third-party accounts (including Google). You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API tokens, access credentials, and all network traffic traversing your delegated DNS routes.

3. Compliance with Third-Party Policies

When integrating Google API services through our platform, you explicitly agree to comply with Google's API Services User Data Policy. You must maintain a public facing home page describing your application's functionality alongside accessible links to your Privacy Policy and these Terms of Service.

4. Data Ownership and Compliance

You retain all ownership rights to the marketing and event data routed through your edge infrastructure. You represent and warrant that you have obtained all necessary user consents required by local privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) to capture, store, or transmit click identifiers and user data.

5. Subscriber Consent Compliance Obligation

ZeroConfig provides integrated technical mapping to read consent tokens generated by Cookiebot and OneTrust, and honours the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal sent by a visitor's browser. Where advertising consent has been refused, ZeroConfig does not transmit the event to any advertising platform and records that it was skipped. An affirmative choice made on the Subscriber's consent banner takes precedence over GPC; where the visitor has not answered the banner, GPC governs.

It is the Subscriber's responsibility to provide their end users with working, supported consent management. The Subscriber is solely responsible for deploying, maintaining, and legally configuring their chosen Consent Management Platform (CMP), for keeping it operational and correctly categorising advertising and analytics cookies, and for determining which consent defaults apply to visitors who have not answered the banner.

Cookiebot and OneTrust are the only CMPs ZeroConfig currently reads. The Subscriber acknowledges that if they deploy a different CMP, deploy no CMP, or deploy a supported CMP that is broken, blocked, or misconfigured, ZeroConfig will have no consent signal to read and will process events according to the Subscriber's own platform settings, except where GPC is present. Determining whether that outcome is lawful in the Subscriber's jurisdictions is the Subscriber's responsibility.

ZeroConfig assumes no liability for privacy violations, fines, or data processing errors resulting from outdated, broken, unsupported, or misconfigured subscriber CMP setups, or from the absence of a CMP.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We shall not be liable for any lost profits, ad platform bidding errors, tracking discrepancies, or server downtime originating from upstream infrastructure layers.
